This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/accused seeking to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.92 of 2014 of Tandur Police Station, Adilabad District. 2.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 11.09.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the police after completion of investigation in the subject crime, filed charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Bellampalli, and C.C.No.342 of 2017 was assigned.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
