HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2439 of 2013 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition under Section 227 of the Constitution of India is filed challenging the Order dt.25.03.2013 in I.A.No.86 of 2013 in O.S.No.1053 of 2012 passed by the III Additional Senior Civil Judge, Vijayawada whereby the petition filed under Rule 32 of Civil Rules of Practice was allowed permitting the petitioners to represent the first and second defendants in O.S.No.1053 of 2012 as a Power of Attorney Holder to prosecute the proceedings. During the pendency of revision, no stay was granted. But, the trial Court disposed of the suit by decreeing it with costs together with subsequent interest on 11.12.2015.

Since the O.S.No. 1053 of 2012 was disposed of by the trial Court on 11.12.2015, no cause of action survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, the revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
