THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.13947 of 2007 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the order of the first respondent dated 21.07.2006 allowing the appeal filed by the sixth respondent herein.

2. The order of the first respondent dated 21.07.2006 was based on the interlocutory orders in O.S.Nos.29 and 17 of 2006, filed by the sixth respondent and the petitioner respectively, on the file of the Court of First Class Judicial Magistrate, Banaganapally.

However, the learned Government Pleader submits that the lease granted in favour of the sixth respondent itself was expired during the pendency of the present writ petition.
