THE HONOURABLE SRI ]USTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No. 1539 OF 2023 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, t973 (for short'Cr.P.C.) by the petitioners - Accused No.l to 4 to quash the proceedings against them in FIR No.279 of 2022 pending on the file of Station House Officer, CCC , I Naspur Police Station, Ramadundam (Peddapalli) District, filed for t t the offences punishable under Sections 465, 468, 471, 420 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code (for short "IPC'). 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners - Accused No.1 to 4 and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent - State. Perused the material on record.

The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the complaint was filed to seftle the civil disputes, however, there are allegations of fabrication of documents and the petitioners are ready to assist the investigation. Accordingly, the police are directed to not to take any coercive steps against the petitioners and issue notice under Section 41A of Cr.P.C. and conclude the

investigation. The petitioners shall co-operate with the Investigating Officer in concluding the investigation and execute a bond of Rs.50,000/- to the satisfaction of Station House Offlcer, CCC Naspur Police Station, Ramadundam (Peddapalli) District. 4.
