This Writ Petition was filed for the following relief: ".... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in trying to demolish the petitioners temple i.e., NISHAN-SAHEB (Religion Flag) situated at 14th Ward, Metpally Depot Area, Metpally, Jagityala District without following the procedure as per law is illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to demolish the petitioners temple i.e., NISHAN-SAHEB (Religion Flag) situated at 14th Ward, Metpally Depot Area, Metpally, Jagityala district without following the procedure as per law."

No counter affidavit is filed since 23.8.2017. Since the prayer in the present Writ Petition is innocuous and seeks action of the respondents by following due process of law, in the absence of any counter from the respondents, the prayer sought for by the petitioners is granted. The Writ Petition is accordingly, allowed at the admission stage.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
