Heard counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ancha Pandu Ranga Rao, Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent. 2.
A notice under Section 636 of the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955 (for short 'the Act') has been issued to the petitioner in UG.No.5/2016 dt.NIL-07-2016. Petitioner contends that petitioner had submitted an explanation on 11.07.2016 but the same is not being taken into account and that the officials of the 2nd respondent are threatening to demolish the structures erected by the petitioner. 3.
Sri Ancha Pandu Ranga Rao, Standing Counsel for 2nd respondent states that the 2nd respondent will consider the explanation dt.11.07.2016, before the officials of the 2nd respondent take any further action in the matter to demolish the structures erected by the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's explanation dt.11.07.2016 to the show cause notice issued under Section 636 of the Act within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till then, the 2nd respondent shall not demolish the
structures erected by the petitioner in the subject property. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
