ORDER

Petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.1, in C.C.No.420 of 2023 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class (Special lt/obile PCR) at Karimnagar, registered for the offences under Sections 420, 406,290 and 506 r/w. 34 of lPC, is seeking to quash the proceedings against him.

2. Heard lVls. Sahithi Sri Kavya Mukkera, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondentState and perused the record.

3. Though the petition is filed for quashing the proceedings, during the course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner has restricted his prayer to the extent of dispensing with the presence of the petitioner/ accused No.1 before the trial Court.

4. Hence, this petition is disposed of dispensing with the appearance of the petitioner/accused No. 1 before the trial Court unless his presence is specifically required during the course of trial, subject to the condition of petitioner being represented by his counsel on every date of hearing.
