I.A.No.1 of 2019 is filed seeking to condone delay of 261 days in filing CMA.No.198 of 2019.

Sri Peri Prabhakar, learned Standing Counsel for the petitioner/appellant, submitted that the similar matters were dismissed by a learned single Judge in CMA.No.198 of 2019 and batch dated 29.04.2019 and, therefore, the present IA and the appeal are liable to be dismissed.

Recording the aforesaid submission, I.A.No.1 of 2019 and the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal are dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this appeal shall stand closed. No costs.
