In view of the Judgment rendered by the Supreme Court in THE EXCISE SUPERINTENDENT, MALKIPATNAM, KRISHNA DISTRICT, AP v. K.B.N. VISWESHWARA RAO AND OTHERS[1], this writ petition is disposed of, at the admission stage, directing the 1st respondent to consider the cases of the writ petitioners herein also along with the candidates sponsored by the Employment Exchange concerned for recruitment as Office Subordinates, in the respondent Bank. Similarly, if any other candidate submits an application, the same may also be taken into consideration. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand disposed of.
