In this writ petition, petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent No.1 - Bank to receive amount in terms of the judgment in CTA.No.131 of 2003 dated 11.12.2006 passed by the A.P.Cooperative Tribunal, Hyderabad, towards discharge of the mortgaged loan obtained by respondent No.2, and release title deeds in respect of the house situated in Sy.No.403/1 (Old) 102/1 (new) situated at Shaikpet and Hakimpet Villages, Golconda Mandal, Hyderabad. Sri Y.Nellakanta Reddy, learned Counsel, representing Sri V.Ravi Karan Rao, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submits that the matter has become infructuous. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
