HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2408 OF 2018 ORDER: (Oral) Vide the present petition, the petitioner is aggrieved by the docket order dated 21.09.2017 passed by the XI Additional District & Sessions Judge, Tenali returning the I.A (SR) No.3177 of 2017 in CMA No. 17 of 2016.

2. On a perusal of the said order, it seems that the Court below has already disposed of the same issue in CMA but the number of the same and the order is not mentioned in the docket order.

3. Therefore, the Court below is directed to call for the record of CMA mentioned in the docket order and decide the petition filed by the petitioner on merits.

4. In view of the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
