Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana). When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader, on instructions, that, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner herein, Cr.No.45 of 2018 has been registered under Sections 448, 504, 506 r/w 34 IPC on 05.02.2018 on the file of the Balanagar Police Station.

In view of the above, nothing remains in the Writ Petition for further adjudication.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
