CVNR, J & TR, J AS 2254/2003 JUDGMENT: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This appeal arises out of order and decree dt.25.11.1998 in O.P. No.111 of 1986 on the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Anantapur, whereunder the market value for the land belonging to the respondent was enhanced to Rs.5,000/- from Rs.2,100/- per acre. After going through the record and hearing the submissions of the learned Government Pleader for Appeals (AP), we are of the opinion that the increase in the market value of the land being not only reasonable, but also very minimal, we do not find any reason to interfere with the order of the Court below.

The appeal is accordingly dismissed.
