HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.14164 of 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioners/A.1 to A.8 seek to quash the FIR in Crime No.329 of 2012 of Karimnagar I Town P.S, which was registered against them for the offences under Sec.147, 153-A r/w 149 IPC.

2) When the matter came up for hearing today, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dt:15.07.2015 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Karimnagar I Town P.S, Karimnagar District and submitted that in this case investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed and case was registered as C.C.No.279 of 2014 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate for Excise, Karimnagar and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the FIR has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed.

3) There is no representation for petitioners.

4) In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
