HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R.SUBHASH REDDY AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.SHANKAR NARAYANA WRIT PETITION No.34830 of 2015 ORDER : (per Hon'ble Sri Justice R.Subhash Reddy) Sri T. Niranjan, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that after filing the writ petition, the petitioner made an application for settlement of his account as surety under Onetime Settlement Scheme, which is under active consideration by the respondent-Bank and hence, the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the writ petition.

2 . In view of the said submission, this writ petition is closed, at the admission stage. Interim order granted by this Court on 19.10.2015 is vacated. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
