This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the orders dated 05.10.2015 passed in C.M.A.No.68 of 2011 on the file of XIV Additional Chief Judge Court(Fast Track), City Civil Court, Hyderabad, reversing the order passed by III Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, in I.A.No.1012 of 2010 in O.S.No.4083 of 2010. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner present.

As per the office note furnished by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of O.S.No.4083 of 2010 on 27.04.2016. In view of the disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing this revision petition became infructuous.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
