HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.4024 of 2020 ORDER:

Aggrieved by action of respondents 2 to 4 in allotting Ac.0-20 guntas of the land in Sy.No.147 of Irrugantiapalli Village, Kanagallu Mandal, Nalgonda District in favour of respondent No.5 for construction of grave yard to an extent of Ac.0-10 guntas and for construction of dumping yard to an extent of Ac.0-10 guntas in the land allotted to the petitioners under 'No Objection Certificate' issued by respondent No.3 for grant of quarry, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue basing on written instructions submits that the land allotted to the petitioner vide letter No.B/365/2017, dated 15-052017 in Sy.No.147 of Irugantipally Village of Kanagal Mandal over an extent of 4.00 hectors is not being touched. It is also stated that only Ac.0-20 guntas in Sy.No.

147 was allotted earlier for construction of Dumping yard and crematorium in favour of Grampanchayat. Only Ac.19-39 guntas of balance land available in said survey number, since Ac.3-00 guntas land was given assignment to landless persons. Learned counsel for the petitioner says that recording the same, the writ petition may be disposed of. Recording the above submissions, the writ petition is disposed of. However, if respondents require land allotted to the petitioner, they have to follow due process of law.

sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
