2. The request of the petitioner in this writ petition is seeking survey of the land and he claims that apart from assigned land, left over land of more than Ac.11-00 belongs to him. However, there is nothing to show that petitioner applied to the competent authority for survey of the land nor the requisite fee for such survey is paid.

3. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate steps if he desires for conducting a survey in accordance with the A.P.Survey and boundaries Act.

As a sequel the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
