HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.8996 OF 2016 ORDER:

Heard. The Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner with the prayer which reads as follows:- " To issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents 1 to 4 in not issuing the Convocation Certificate to the petitioner pertaining to graduation degree course before the respondents in the year as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional, unfair, against the principles of nature justice and in violation of guidelines issued by the UGC Act,1956 and consequently direct the respondents to immediately issue the convocation certificate pertaining to petitioner's graduation degree course before them for which petitioner is exemplarily eligible, highly entitled and to pass such other order or orders in the circumstance of the case, interest of justice." The grievance of the petitioner that the respondents are not issuing convocation certificate pertaining to his graduation degree course of the year 2005.

Having regard to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to approach the respondents and the respondents shall consider for issuing the convocation certificate of his graduation degree course after observing necessary formalities of the payment of pertaining fees etc., if any. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
