HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE N. BALAYOGI CRIMINAL PETITION No.6711 of 2011 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioners-accused Nos.1 to 4 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against them in C.C.No.411 of 2010 on the file of the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Gudur.

When this matter has come up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioners as well as the 1st respondent are present. The learned Counsel for the petitioners reported that the matter in C.C.No.411 of 2010 on the file of the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Gudur, was settled in Lok Adalat, which is conceded by the 1st respondent, and the same is recorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the interim stay granted on 5.8.2011 in Crl.M.P.No.6901 of 2011 is vacated and the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
