Heard the counsel for petitioner, and Sri S. Sivaraju Srinivas, counsel for respondents.

The counsel for both sides state that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is covered by the order dt.30.01.2002 in WP.No.722 of 1993, which has been confirmed by order dt.27.07.2010 in W.A.No.230 of 2003 and batch.

Therefore, for reasons alike, this Writ Petition is also allowed; and it is declared that petitioner is entitled to all service benefits till he attained the age of 60 years, and that his pension should be fixed by giving increments, if any, till the said period. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed with the above directions. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
