HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.3457 of 2018 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Excise for respondent Nos.1 to 3 before ordering notice to the unofficial respondent No.4 and perused the prayer in the writ petition with supporting affidavit and other material on record. 2.
The prayer in the writ petition reads as follows: "........to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in not considering the representation made by the petitioner dt.23.10.2017, for not to renew the licence issued in favour of the 4th respondent society and to admit the petitioner in Sindanoor Village as member in the TCS Toddy Shop, Sindanoor, in spite of repeated visits as being illegal, arbitrary and unjust and consequently direct the respondent authorities to admit the petitioner as member in the 4th respondent society, and to grant such other relief or reliefs as this Hon'ble court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

It is the submission of the learned Government Pleader that they want to dispose of the representation considering the objections on own merits.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to consider the said representation of the petitioner on own merits by assigning reasons within four (4) weeks from the
date of receipt of a copy of this order. Further grievance of the petitioner, if any, is left open.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
