Sri K.Ashok Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for consideration anymore, and thus, the matter has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Interim order, dated 20.08.2010, shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
