Heard Smt.Kalpana for petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

The grievance was against improper investigation into Crime No.106 of 2012 dated 20.12.2012 pending on the file of 2nd respondent.

The Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, submits that the 2nd respondent filed charge sheet and the same is taken on file as C.C. No.425 of 2014 before AJFCM, Addanki Town, Prakasam District.

In view of the above, the writ prayer is substantially worked out.
