This criminal petition is filed by petitioner - accused No.2, under sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C., seeking bail in Crime No.19 of 2015 of Mothugudem Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8 (c) read with Section 20 (b)(ii)(C) of NDPS Act. A perusal of the record discloses that the seized ganja is 274 kgs, which is more than the commercial quantity. Hence this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner - accused No.2.
