The Divisional Forest Officer, Nizamabad and two others.

.....Respondents Counsel for the Petitioner: Mr. M.Dhananjay Reddy Counsel for the Respondents: GP for Forests (TS) The Court made the following:

ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare letter, vide Rc.No.2744/2007/N6, dated 29.11.2012, issued by respondent No.1 as illegal and arbitrary.

Along with the counter-affidavit, respondent No.1 has filed proceedings in Rc.No.2744/2007/N6, dated 17.01.2013, wherein it is stated that he has withdrawn his earlier proceedings, dated 29.11.2012, which is impugned in this Writ Petition, but rejected the petitioner's request for renewal on a different ground, challenging which the petitioner has filed a separate Writ Petition. In the light of the above facts, both the learned counsel have submitted that the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.

The Writ Petition is, therefore, disposed of as

infructuous.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.50390 of 2012 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
