HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.1393 of 2008 JUDGMENT :

This appeal is preferred questioning order dated 15.05.2006 in W.C.No.22 of 2002 on the file of Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation and Assistant Commissioner of Labour, Mahabubnagar.

2. When this matter was listed on 02.06.2016, on the request of learned counsel for appellants, it was adjourned to this day. Today when the matter is taken up, neither advocate for appellants present nor any representation is made. Therefore, I am of the view that appellants are not interested in prosecuting the case.

3. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution.

4. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
