This petition is filed, seeking for quash of the proceedings against the petitioner, who is the accused, in Crime No.286 of 2010 on the file of Devarakonda Police Station, Nalgonda District. The offences alleged against the petitioner are under Section 306 IPC and Sections 16 & 18 of the A.P.Micro Finance Institutions (Regulation of Money Lending) Ordinance, 2010. 2.

Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the Public Prosecutor, appearing for the 1st respondent. None appears for the 2nd respondent in spite of notice.

The Public Prosecutor files a memo stating that the case was referred as undetected on 30.09.2014.

Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
