THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.3493 of 2018 ORDER:

It is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that the subject-LPG outlet has been allotted in favour of a third party. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to assail the said allotment order also.

Permission is accorded and the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as sought for. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
