This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/accused seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.63 of 2019 of Medipally Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate. 2.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 09.08.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in the subject case, investigation is completed, charge sheet is filed before the III Metropolitan Magistrate, L.B. Nagar on 11.03.2019 and S.C.No.57 of 2019 was assigned.

In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
