THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAGHVENDRA SINGH CHAUHAN AND THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRIT APPEAL NO.190 OF 2019 JUDGMENT: {Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice T.Amarnath Goud} This Writ Appeal is filed against the order of the learned Single Judge in I.A.No.1 of 2018 in W.P.No.42060 of 2018 dated 22.11.2018.

Since the order passed is only on the interlocutory application, the appellants herein ought to have filed appropriate applications for getting their relief adjudicated. Since the Writ Petition is pending and the order passed is not a final order in the interlocutory application, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Appeal.

Giving liberty to the appellants to avail the remedies available under law, this Writ Appeal is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
