When the matter is taken up for hearing, written instructions, dated 26-02-2018 furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police and Station House Officer, Jangareddygudem PS, West Godavari District, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home. As such, instructions, to the extent of their relevancy, read as under: - "2.It is submitted that one Padala Venkata Reddy approached the 3rd respondent police station on 24.01.2018 and lodged a written report against the petitioner that the land mentioned in the writ petition pertains to him and that the petitioner has tried to trespass into the same on 22.01.2018 and requested the police to take necessary action against the petitioner herein. Thereon, the 3rd respondent made a GD entry of the said complaint and conducted preliminary enquiry in the matter by calling both parties on 24.
01.2018, wherein it is disclosed that the matter relates to 'Civil in Nature'. Accordingly, both parties are advised to seed redressal of their grievance from the competent civil court and not to create any law and order problem in the area. Accordingly, the matter was closed on 24.01.2018 itself and no further action in the matter was taken by the 3rd respondent Police thereafter. 3.
It is submitted that the contention of the petitioner that on the report of the petitioner against the respondents 4 & 5 herein, the 3rd respondent Police called the petitioner on 24.01.2018 and 26.01.2018 and insisted the petitioner not to undertake agricultural operations in the land, is not correct. Further, as stated supra, the 3rd respondent has never interfered with the civil disputes of the petitioner either with one Padala Venkata Reddy or the respondents 4 & 5 herein at any point of time.

The petitioner apparently filed this writ petition under apprehension that the 3rd respondent may take action against the petitioner basing on the complaint of one Padala Venkata Reddy. Therefore, all the allegations of the petitioners in the writ petition against the respondent police authorities are totally false, baseless, concocted for the sake of filing this writ petition and the same are hereby specifically denied.
On noticing the same, it is requested by the learned counsel for the petitioner to place the said instructions on record and dispose of the writ petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by placing on record the above instructions. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
