Goureddy Laxmareddy v. Goureddy Rukkamma
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO CRP.No.548 of 2019 O R D E R:
Heard counsel for petitioner and Sri P.Laxma Reddy, counsel appearing for respondents.
2.
In this Revision filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India petitioner assails order passed on 07.02.2019 in I.A.No.1136 of 2018 in A.S.No.128 of 2018 by the Judge, Family Court-cum-VII Additional District Judge, Medak at Sangareddy, who had suspended in the said I.A., the judgment and decree passed by the Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy on 12.11.2018 in O.S.No.24 of 2010.
3.
After perusing the order passed by the Court below, I am of the opinion that the learned Judge had rightly granted the said order because failure to do so would result in mutation of the name of the petitioners in the revenue records and there was a danger of the respondents being evicted, since according to the respondents they are in possession of the property. 4.
Therefore, I do not find any merit in the Civil Revision Petition and it is accordingly dismissed. However, the Court below shall endeavor to decide the appeal as expeditiously as possible. No order as to costs.
5.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
