This contempt case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, alleging wilful disobedience of the orders dated 31.3.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.18430 of 2013. 2.

This Court, on the basis of the representation made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, dismissed the writ petition as withdrawn, with a liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court in the event of non-fulfilment of assurance said to have been given by the Respondents. Therefore, in the considered opinion of this Court, the present contempt case is not maintainable. However, it is open for the petitioner to make necessary application for reopening of the writ petition. 3.

With the above observation, the contempt case is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
