THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CRIMINAL PETITION No. 1203 OF 2019 O R D E R:

Petitioner challenges the order dated 04.11.2016 in Crl.M.P.No. 62 of 2016 in M.C.No. 376 of 2015 on the file of the Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for Trial of Jubilee Hills Car Bomb Blast case -cum- Additional Family Court, Hyderabad directing him to pay, as an interim maintenance, a sum of Rs.6,000/- and Rs.4,000/- per month to Respondents 2 and 3 herein respectively.

Though learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his client is drawing only a sum of Rs.35,000/- and he has to support his aged parents, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Petition, at this stage, however, interests of justice would be served if a direction is issued to the learned Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge to dispose of the Maintenance Case No. 376 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within four months.

The Criminal Petition, with this order, stands disposed of. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any stands closed.
