ORAL ORDER:

Petitioner is association of teachers working in Telangana Residential Educational Society. Petitioner association contends that the society has notified transfer schedule and guidelines for transferring the teachers, however, no further steps are taken and transfers are not effected, causing lot of hardship and suffering to the members of the association.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned Special Government Pleader representing the respondent society submitted that no doubt transfer guidelines are formulated and steps were taken for effecting transfers but on account of the decision taken for bifurcation of the staff working in two societies and on account of pendency of W.P. Nos. 37353 and 37543 of 2015 no immediate steps were taken and as soon as orders are passed in WVMP Nos. 4388 and 4389 of 2015 respectively, steps will be taken for effecting transfers.

3. Recording the statement of the learned Special Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Having regard to the same, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
