The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission from this Court to withdraw these Revisions.

Permissions is accorded and these Revisions are dismissed as withdrawn. However, if any adverse petition is filed against the petitioners pursuant to the order dt.19.07.2018 in IA CFT No.4580 of 2017 in I.A. No.1519 of 2014 in Un-regisered Appeal Suit on the file of the Principal District Judge at Nizamabad, petitioners are granted the liberty to assail the same. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
