Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri C.Balaji, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent University. 3.

Court allowed the said writ petitions holding that the levy of University Development Fee by respondent No.2 University is illegal. It is also clear from the said order that this Court did not interfere, however, with regard to the insistence on payment of University Tournament Fee.

In view of the above order, no relief in this writ petition can be granted.

This Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
