This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ A.4, to quash the order dated 29.12.2018 passed in Crl.M.P.No.194 of 2018 in F.I.R.No.154 of 2018 of Morthad Police Station by the Special Sessions Judge for Trial of Cases under SCs and STs (PoA) Actcum-VIII Additional Sessions Judge at Nizamabad. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/ A.4, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent/ State and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to modify the condition imposed with regard to the release of vehicle i.e., Ecosport Car bearing No.TS-16-EB-1999. He further submits that it is difficult to the petitioner to offer bank guarantee of Rs.15,00,000/ - for release of the said vehicle. The subject vehicle is used for personal purposes. The condition imposed certainly causes hardship to the petitioner. Under these circumstances, instead of bank guarantee of Rs.15,00,000/ -, the petitioner is permitted to furnish a guarantee of an immovable property. The value of immovable property shall be certified by a competent authority.

With the above modification, the Criminal Petition is ordered. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
