THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.45828 OF 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent Nos.1 to 4 in not extending the pay scale of Rs.1050-1945 in the 1986 PRC as revised from time to time from the date of appointment of the petitioners as Work Inspector Grade II as against Pay Scale of 950-1670, while extending the same to various other persons based on the orders of the Tribunal in OA.No.5587/2012 dated 16.07.2012 and OA.No.2889 of 2016, dated 27.07.2016, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the respondents to fix the pay of the petitioners at Rs.1050-1945 in terms of G.O.Ms.No.288, Finance and Planning Department dated 17.11.1986 as revised from time to time with effect from due date with all consequential benefits like arrears by disposing the representation of the petitioners dated 22.11.2016 by extending the same benefit.

Heard both sides.

Since the representation of the petitioners dated 22.11.2016 is stated to be pending, without expressing any opinion on merits, the competent authority is directed to dispose

of the said representation of the petitioners in accordance with law and take action.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
