Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the subject suit in O.S.No.2174 of 2011 on the file of the V Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, was dismissed for default on 20.06.2014.

In view of the said submission, nothing survives for adjudication and accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
