When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the Managing Director of M/s. Hotel Shadab had expired and in spite of his best efforts, he could not contact his clients. In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
