When this matter was listed on O4.O1.2O23, as there was no representation for the revision petitioner in the forenoon or in the afternoon, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption Tor dismissal' today. However, there is no representation on either side though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'.
2. When the matter came up on 04.O7.2023, the iearned counsel for the respondent stated that present revision is frled against Cr1.M.P No.337 of 2019 in Crl.M.P No. 150 of 2016 in M.C No.88 of 2015 and the said M.C was dismissed by the Hon'ble Principal Family Court, Secunderabad on 09.O1.2022. Copy of the orders in M.C is also placed before this Court. Therefore, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the revision CASC
3. Taking into consideration that the main M.C itself was dismissed on 09 .Ol .2022, the criminal revision case is dismissed as infructuous.
