This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioners - respondents seeking to quash the proceedings in D.V.C. No.28 of 2014, pending on the file of the Court of I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada, Krishna District (for short, 'the trial Court'). 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the 1st respondent - petitioner, and learned Public Prosecutor, appearing for the 2nd respondent - State.

Learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent submits that the matter has become infructuous since the D.V.C. No.28 of 2014, the proceedings of which are sought to be quashed in this Petition, is already disposed of by the trial Court.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners admits the said fact. 5.
Hence, considering the above, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand dismissed.
