HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.1165 of 2017 O R D E R:

This contempt case is filled alleging violation of order dated 18-01-2017 passed by this Court in WP.No.409 of 2017.

In the counter affidavit filed by respondent No.2 it is stated that after receipt of orders of this Court, he has not taken any steps or interfered with the land in issue and they have not planted any stones in the land in Sy.No.308, and the alleged stones are there since 2016, which were planted by the local people, that too prior to passing of the orders of this Court. Even though the petitioner is not in possession and enjoyment of the land in Sy.No.308 to an extent of Ac.1-50 cents in Gopannapalem Village, she stated that there is coconut and lime garden. No reply affidavit is filed disputing the same.

It is to be seen that there appears to be private dispute between the petitioner and some private persons. In view of the same, I do not see any violation of orders passed by this Court.

Accordingly, the contempt case is closed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this case, shall stand closed.
