The case of the petitioner is that he worked in the respondent-Corporation and attained the age of superannuation on 31-05-2017 and before retirement, the petitioner as per circular instructions dated 01-05-2006 submitted necessary forms claiming PF and FPS in pursuance to the retirement notification dated 01-12-2016. But the respondent-authorities have settled gratuity and P.F., but did not pay the last month salary before retirement, pay scale arrears, Leave Encashment and other monetary benefits.

Learned standing Counsel on instructions submits that gratuity and PF were already paid, as far as leave encashment is concerned, it is also under consideration. Since the petitioner has already filed necessary claim before the 3rd respondent, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the claim of the petitioner and settle retirement benefits as per regulations in the Corporation within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already settled.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 08-09-2017 Nvl
