Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondents.

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition complaining of inaction by the respondents in mutating his name in the Revenue Records in respect of the subject land, and continuing the name of his vendors therein in spite of representations dt.27.03.2014 and 28.03.2014 made to 2nd respondent.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondents, states that the 2nd respondent will consider the said representations referred above, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representations of petitioner and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
