Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that on committal, the Sessions Division, Karimnagar, has assigned S.C.No.445 of 2015 and made over to the Court of II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Jagityal, and, therefore, the present petition becomes infructuous.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
