THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR WRI T PETI TI ON No.4085 of 2019 ORDER:

The prayer of the petitioner in this case reads as under: 'For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of the Respondents in conducting the survey and marking of boundaries of the petitioner's land admeasuring Ac.0.20 gts in Sy.No.49 Part, Pasumamula Village, Abdulpurmet Mandal (erstwhile Hayathnagar Mandal), Ranga Reddy District under the Regd. Sale Deed No.4410 of 2014, dt:11.03.2014, pursuant to the Fline application No.

TTDER021800256817, dt.14.05.2018 made by the petitioner as arbitrary, illegal and unjust, and consequently direct the Respondents to conduct the survey and mark the boundaries in respect of petitioners land as mentioned above and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.'

Perusal of the record reflects that a F-line petition was filed by the petitioner as long back as on 14.05.2018 along with the requisite fee for the purpose of undertaking a survey and fixing of boundaries in the subject land. In terms of the receipt issued to the petitioner, the authorities undertook to do the needful within 45 working days from the requested date. The complaint of the petitioner is that though the petition was filed long ago, no steps have been taken thereon. Having received the petition along with the requisite fee, it is not open to the revenue authorities to remain somnolent. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Abdulpurmet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, to take necessary action on the petitioner's F-Line petition dated 14.05.2018 expeditiously and in any

event, not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be it from whatever source.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs. ____________________ JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR Date:27.02.2019 GJ
