ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in D.V.C.No.20 of 2021, pending on the file of VI Metropolitan Magistrate at L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District. 2.
A perusal of the application under Section 12 of Protection ol Women lrom Domestic Violence Act 2005, liled by the 2nd respondent vide D.V.C.No.2O of 2O2l, would reveal that there are no allegations, much less specific allegations, against the petitioners herein. There is no relief sought by the 2"4 respondent against the petitioners herein, who are aged parents of 1"t respondent in D.V.C.No.2O of 2027. 3.
In view of the same, the presence of the petitioners herein/2nd and 3'd respondents in D.V.C.No.2O of 2021, is dispensed with. However, it is made clear that the l"t respondent in D.V.C.No.20 of 2021, husband of the 2nd respondent herein, shall appear before the Court below and the proceedings may go on against them. 4.
With the above observations, this Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
